Users cast hexagrams and receive traditional hexagram texts alongside AI-generated interpretations produced by third-party language models (currently DeepSeek). The service is intended for personal reflection, entertainment, and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other qualified advice. 2. Account Registration To use the service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create more than one account per person. You must be at least 13 years old (United States) or 16 years old (European Union/United Kingdom) to use this service. 3. Coins and Subscriptions IChing Oracle Chat uses a virtual currency called "coins" to access certain features such as AI-powered readings and chat messages. Coins have no monetary value outside the service and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We offer subscription tiers — Free ($0/month, ad-supported), Basic ($3.99/month), and Premium ($9.99/month) — each providing a monthly allocation of coins and varying feature access. We reserve the right to modify pricing, coin allocations, or subscription features with reasonable notice. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: use automated systems or bots to access the service; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; redistribute, republish, or present AI-generated readings as professional advice; use the service for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm other users or the service's infrastructure. 5. Intellectual Property All content, design, branding, hexagram interpretations, and software on this site are owned by or licensed to IChing Oracle Chat. AI-generated reading text is produced on your behalf for personal use. You retain ownership of the questions you submit but grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them for service delivery. Readings you choose to share via a public link become publicly accessible. 6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer Readings and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and reflect algorithmic interpretations of traditional I Ching texts. They are not authored, reviewed, or endorsed by human experts. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, relevance, or applicability of any AI-generated content. You should not rely on readings for important life decisions without consulting qualified professionals. 7. Limitation of Liability The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IChing Oracle Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated readings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. 8. Account Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon termination, any unused coins are forfeited and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9. Modifications to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. 11.
